My journalism career began with writing, so it’s only fair that I show off some of my writing samples. I wrote for the Daily Tar Heel at UNC and ended my high school career as Editor-in-Chief of the paper.
One of the first classes I took at UNC was MEJO 121, Intro to Digital Storytelling. This involved a lot of videography, and the two projects I was proudest of are on display below.
For this video, I interviewed Cat Babbie about her artwork and made a video about her process.
This assignment was to create a music video using archival footage and to familiarize ourselves with Adobe Premiere Pro.
