About Lucy

IMG_7884

Hey! I’m Lucy. I consider myself a creative in every sense of the word. I grew up as the daughter of an artist and a musician, the granddaughter of an author, and surrounded by all forms of art. So it was only natural for me to decide to fill the rest of my life with the arts.

My chosen media are photography, design, and performance, but I love all of it. I started as a journalistic writer, then shifted once I got to college at UNC Chapel Hill.

I wrote for the Daily Tar Heel, then pivoted and became the design editor of the Cellar Door Literary Magazine, the head publicist for Kenan Theatre Company, and multiple roles (publicist, head publicist, and eventually President) with Company Carolina. I graduated in 2024 with B.A.s in Media and Journalism and Dramatic Arts.

My first move post-college brought me to Galway, Ireland, where I worked in a bar while exploring the world around me. I volunteered at the Galway International Arts Festival and joined the Claddagh Chamber Choir, traveling with them to Italy. My visa ending allowed me to then travel Europe.

Now I’m here, in New York City, ready to take the world by storm. Thanks for tagging along.
